Booking your tour: -To reserve your tour and lock in the final price, you will be required to place a deposit. The booking amount may be either a flat rate or a percentage of your final tour price.

Balance payment of your tour: - You will be asked to pay the remaining balance of your tour price at the final payment due date. Depending on the tour selected, this final payment date can be from 45 to 120 days before departure. If you book your tour within the final payment period, you will be required to pay in full in order to secure your booking.

Cancellation & refund: -

Cancellation & refund policies vary by tour operator, with penalties generally increasing as the departure date approaches. It is virtually true for all cases that there will be a cancellation fee /charge of some size regardless of when you cancel, even if it is within hours of making your deposit. Changes to names or departure dates are treated as cancellations and new bookings by the tour operators, and may incur cancellation penalties.

For any cancellations or changes please notify your travel councilor immediately as the cancellation charges increases closer to departure date.

Tour operators & travel houses do not make exceptions regarding cancellation charges, so we strongly recommend that passengers secure appropriate cancellation/ trip insurance. Click here for more information on insurance.

Payment and cancellation timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday departures and group bookings; please confirm with your travel counselor at time of booking.

General CANCELLATION charge as below: -

1. 15% of the tour price before 45 (forty five) days.
2. 20% of the tour price before 30(thirty) days.
3. 50% of the tour price before 15(fifteen) days.
4. 80% of the tour price before 07(seven) days.
5. No refund on or within 07(seven) days including the day of journey.

The above-mentioned days include the date of journey.
